STRUCTURAL DESIGNER.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS in Civil or Architectural or Structural Engineering (MS and EIT a plus). Transcripts and references will be requested.

  • Proactively manages assigned tasks to meet project deadlines and deliverable commitments.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment, with a strong willingness to receive mentorship.

  • Coursework or familiarity with structural analysis, structural behavior, wood design, and steel/concrete design.

  • Demonstrated capability (or quick learning ability) in structural engineering analysis, design, and modeling software.

  • Practical familiarity with the California Building Code (CBC) and ASCE 7.

  • Integrates structural systems with architectural concepts.
